Kates Whicked Whey Protein Shakes

Kate’s Combos

Try these Exciting Wicked Whey Protein shakes…will put zing in your day

  • High Protein Banana Shake…keeps you going
2 oz natural whey protein powder WPI (may use WPC if no WPI)
1 medium to large banana
8 oz organic soy milk
2 tbsn flax seed oil
1 tspn golden syrup (optional)
1 tbsn low fat yoghurt (optional)
½ tspn vanilla essence
3-4 ice cubes

  • Berry Good Shake… berry wonderful
2 scoops of raspberry or strawberry low fat yoghurt
2 oz WPC natural whey protein
4 strawberries
12-15 blueberries
16 oz non fat milk
2 Ice cubes
Blend together & enjoy…

  • Berries Delight
1 oz natural whey protein WPC
30 gm mixed berries (frozen ok)
150ml pineapple juice (small can)
½ tspn vanilla essence
Handful ice

  • Healthy Honey Banana Shake
A super healthy shake that tastes great - the flax seed oil helps the nutrients digest gradually so you get a steady supply of protein, I always put some honey in, cause it's healthier than sugar, and after a workout it will feed your body's need for simple sugar.

1 cup of pure water
2 oz scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
3/4 cup of natural yoghurt
1 banana
1 tsp of flax-seed oil
2 tsp of honey
1 tsp spirulina

The Spirulina will change the colour and flavour of this shake to green!  You can choose to  simply leave it out. The shake provides protein, carbs and plenty of vitamins/minerals, so you can easily use it as a meal replacement.

  •  Choc-Coffee Shake…for the morning coffee lovers
2 oz chocolate whey protein WPC
1 cup skim milk
4 ox pure water
1 tbsn instant coffee
3 ice cubes
Blend together


  • Bad Girl…wicked

12 oz skim milk
4 after dinner mint thin chocs.
2 oz of chocolate whey protein WPC
Handful of ice
Blend together & enjoy

1 serve WPI natural Whey
3/4 Cup Low Fat Soy Milk (calcium fortified)
1/3 cup frozen mixed or raspberries
1tbs Chia Seeds
1/2 small banana
1-2 tbs pineapple with or without juice
1tbs vanilla no fat no added sugar yoghurt
1tbs light coconut milk
1 raw egg
Blend until even
